The Michelle Obama Early Childhood Academic Center (MO-ECAC) is excited to announce open enrollment for the 2025–2026 school year. Families are invited to enroll their children in MOECAC’s FREE Pre-K program during the in-person registration period from April 23–29, 2025.
This high-quality, no-cost Pre-K program is open to children ages 3–5, who are fully toilet trained and meet the age requirement of turning 3 on or before July 31, 2025.
Enrollment will take place in person only at: MOECAC – 1111 St. Cyr Rd., St. Louis, MO 63137
Walk-in hours:
April 23, 24, 25 – 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM
April 28 & 29 – 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Required Documents for Enrollment:
Proof of residency (2 current utility bills + current lease, deed of trust, or occupancy permit)
Parent/Guardian photo ID (must be provided twice per checklist)
Child’s original birth certificate (from the Bureau of Vital Statistics)
Social Security card (original)
Current immunization record and school physical
Allergy, Asthma, and/or Seizure action plans (if applicable)
Work schedule on employer letterhead (for those applying for before/aftercare)
Families must also bring their child to the enrollment screening.
